'PebbleGrainWork' started from an aspiration: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Our pizzeria, established by the Rossi family in 1985, was originally a humble, family-operated business with ancestral recipes.

Marco Rossi, our progenitor, perfected the pizza-making craft on her voyages across Italy, gleaning knowledge from the expert pizzaiolos of Naples, the pizza cradle. After her return to the UK, she vowed to replicate the essence of real Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and outstanding ingredients.

From a quaint 12-seat eatery, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, but our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. Our tried-and-true wood-fired oven methods live on, our dough is prepared fresh every day, and we insist on the most exceptional ingredients available.

Now, 'PebbleGrainWork' is still in family hands, managed by the second generation of the Rossi family, steering our fervent crew. Despite adopting new technologies, our company's core—the crafting of splendid, genuine pizzas that unite folks—stays untouched.
